If possible these 5 pointers might be helpful but not essential.

1. SPECIES - What is it - if you know!
2. LOCATION - immediate - i.e. on plant - wall - road - field etc.
3. VICINITY - What area did you see it i.e.  - Severn Way - Apperley Park -    Deerhurst Road etc.
4. TIME  i.e.  What month - what day - what time.
5.
BEHAVIOUR - ie what was it doing - flitting from flower to flower - skimming over a pond - knawing into an apple etc.


2011
Sun Oct 22nd 2011 - saw red admiral in Dunpear Orchard
Friday 24th November 2011 - saw a red admiral near Sawpit.
December 27th 2011 a muntjac jumped across the Ledbury Road towards the turning to Deerhurst Walton. It came from a copse

2012
Feb  -  2nd  -bullfinch -in garden 2 West View on rose bush .

2 NEW BIRD BOXES.

In March Den put up 2 new bird boxes -one by the allotment and one at the back of the village hall by the pond and nature area. Good news came in May when we spotted a family of blue tits in each !
